Shipping your parcel
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For this, we apply a standard delivery time of 1-3 working days after receipt of your payment.
The products are delivered directly from the supplier to the customer at the address entered by the customer during the order. If this address differs from the billing address, the customer can enter both details and the products will be delivered to the delivery address.
At the time of delivery, the customer must always be present at the delivery address. If this is not possible, the customer can enter another delivery address during the order where the products can be delivered.
If a product is out of stock or has a longer lead time, it will be placed on backorder and you will be informed accordingly.
Returns
The customer always has 14 days to return the item from the moment the item has been received.
The condition and packaging of returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Completely intact, exactly as we shipped the item.
- Make sure the products cannot be damaged during transport.
- Damaged original packaging will not be accepted
Items that may not be returned:
- Used items, damaged items, and items without original packaging.
- Shipment and shipping costs are always at the sender's risk.
