Any discount granted by Sporta Pro Plus is essentially a temporary benefit that can be revoked at any time.
Returns are only accepted after prior approval from Sporta Pro Plus. After deduction of handling costs and any postage costs, the goods are credited for a percentage determined by Sporta Pro Plus depending on the reason for the return.
Any complaint relating to deliveries must, in order to be valid, be in our possession in writing no later than eight days following delivery of the goods. The goods remain our property until full payment of the price, interest, and costs.
The buyer is responsible for the goods from the moment they are made available.
Delivery costs for making the goods available are borne by the customer.
Cases of force majeure give the seller the right to wholly or partially waive their obligations or suspend their execution without compensation or prior notice.
Every payment will always first be allocated to overdue interest and then to the outstanding principal amounts.
Prices of the purchased goods are based on the prices stated at the time of ordering.
Prices may be changed by Sporta Pro Plus without prior notice.
In the event of collection and/or disputes concerning invoices, only the court of Antwerp has jurisdiction. Belgian law applies.
