ATS Soft Plyo Box set: four stackable heights for jump and strength training
The Trendy Sport ATS Soft Plyo Box set consists of four separate foam blocks measuring 15, 30, 45 and 60 cm high. Each box has an EPE core, a wipe-clean PVC cover and hook-and-loop straps to secure selected combinations.

Progressive training
Use one box or combine several heights for jump power, speed, coordination and functional strength work. Increase the height gradually according to ability and technique.
Stable setup
Position the boxes on a level, non-slip floor and close every hook-and-loop connection. Before each jump, check that the stack cannot shift.
Care
Clean the PVC cover with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner. Allow the surface to dry fully before the next user starts.
