The Trendy Sport ATS Plyo Box is a rotatable jump box with a wooden structure, EVA padding and a non-slip PVC cover. Turning it onto a different side provides 50, 60 or 75 cm training heights.

Progress gradually
Start on the lowest side and increase only when landing and trunk control remain consistently sound.
Position correctly
Set the selected side fully flat on a non-slip floor and check that the box cannot wobble or shift.
Landing
Land centrally and softly with controlled knee and hip flexion. Keep sufficient clear space around the box.
