Powerball gyroscopic hand trainer with progressive resistance
Powerball uses a freely rotating rotor inside a compact housing. A smooth circular wrist movement accelerates the rotor and progressively increases gyroscopic resistance without loose weights.
Why train with a Powerball?
- Resistance increases with rotor speed.
- Compact tool for hand, wrist and forearm.
- Movement and load are directly controlled by the user.
Product specifications
- Product type
- Gyroscopic hand trainer
- Resistance source
- Accelerating internal rotor
- Operation
- Circular movement from the wrist
- Model version
- Classic version shown; confirm starting mechanism and accessories on delivery
Starting gently
Set the rotor in motion according to the supplied instructions. Begin with slow, wide wrist circles and reduce the movement only once the rotor turns smoothly.
Controlling resistance
Higher rotor speed produces greater resistance. Keep shoulder and elbow relaxed and use short, technically controlled sessions.
Important scope
Sporta Pro shows one product without a variant selector. A starting cord, autostart, rotational speed and maximum resistance are therefore not stated as included or guaranteed.
