Use the space
Use its length for controlled steps, wide positions or two contact zones without leaving the pad.
No shoes preferred

- Use the pad on a level, dry, non-slip surface and keep the surroundings clear.
- Begin with support or supervision and progress stance time, range and complexity gradually.
- Inspect for tears, permanent deformation and dirt; clean with water and mild soap and air-dry fully.
