Choosing the correct resistance
Choose a resistance that allows the entire movement to be performed with control and without compensation. If in doubt, start with a lighter level. Increase resistance only when the prescribed repetitions can be completed correctly and without pain. During rehabilitation, follow the advice of a physiotherapist or another qualified healthcare professional.
