CureTape Punch is an elastic cotton kinesiology tape with a distinctive pattern of small perforations. The openings create alternating pressure zones and additional skin stimulation, so the tape is mainly used in professional lymphatic, oedema, scar and connective-tissue techniques.

What does the perforation pattern do?
The circular openings create different local pressure and tension zones. With the correct technique, this can mechanically stimulate the skin and create space for applications focused on fluid movement, microcirculation and the mobility of superficial tissue.
Important: usually apply without tape stretch
For lymphatic and pain-reducing applications, Punch is normally applied without stretching the tape while the skin is placed under tension first. Techniques for scar or fibrotic tissue may differ and should be performed by a trained professional.
Skin comfort and wear time
The tape typically remains in place for 4 to 7 days, depending on skin type, body area and technique. The perforation pattern creates additional skin stimulation, so take care on sensitive skin and remove the tape if itching, marked redness or discomfort occurs.
