For the legs
Place both feet fully in the straps, position the unit on a level non-slip surface and use a stable chair that cannot roll away.
For the arms
Place it on a sturdy table at a comfortable height. Keep wrists neutral and prevent the unit from moving towards the edge.
Progressing load
Begin with low resistance and a gentle pace. This trainer is not an ergometer: speed, distance and power are not measured.
